This dashboard provides a consolidated view of conference booking data, helping managers track room sales performance and client activity.
What it shows
Booking Pace per Week — weekly room sales compared to the previous year, with countdown to conference date
Booking Breakdown per Night — nightly room block usage showing sold vs. available inventory
Top Groups — highest contributing client groups by room count
Inventory Status — overall confirmed vs. available room allocation
Client Cards — click the card icon on any group to view portfolio details and sponsor booking history
Why some cards may show missing data
The dashboard pulls data from multiple backend services. If a service is slow or temporarily unavailable, the affected module will display an error message while the rest of the dashboard continues to work. Common reasons:
The selected conference has no data for the chosen comparison year
A backend endpoint timed out or returned incomplete results
Client card data depends on a separate portfolio file that may not include every group
Use the "Check status" link next to the Load button to verify which services are currently available.
